Today, we’ve brought our Kids Riding Bikesâ„ programming to Clarence Farrington Elementary School 61 in Indianapolis. Over the course of the next few weeks, we have the enjoyment and thrill of witnessing the smiles and happiness the kids get from riding our bikes and interacting with our staff. We’ll be working with 2nd graders all the way up to 6th graders for the next four weeks. Since we’ve never been to School 61, we’re excited to demonstrate to these new students all of the benefits of cycling, including increased mental focus, improved overall health and well-being, and stress reduction, among others. Even more, we’re happy to have the chance to interact with their staff and get to know them more. Additionally, we’re ecstatic to partner with the Central Indiana Community Foundation this year to be able to bring programs to kids that focus on not only improving their overall health, but showcases to them the importance of teamwork, perseverance, resiliency, and self-confidence! Be sure to stop by our blog for more school updates throughout the year!
