This past Friday night and Saturday morning saw Nine13sports deliver our Kids Riding Bikes® programming at two community events in the Central Indiana area. On Friday evening, we were at the Back-to-School Carnival at Washington Irving School #14. This event included games, music, prizes, and, of course, our innovative and engaging bicycle simulator program. Additionally, we saw close to 50 youth that participated in our programming and discovered how beneficial and exciting health and fitness is. It’s always a pleasure of our staff to serve the students, teachers, and administrators of Indianapolis Public Schools and to express our gratitude to the growing relationship we’ve had with the largest school district in Indiana.

Carnival

This young man enjoyed his time getting active on our bicycle simulators at the carnival!

On Saturday morning, we showed support to our friends at the LIDS Foundation at their inaugural Mad Hatter 5K in Zionsville. The event featured music, special sales, and even a virtual run for individuals those who couldn’t be at the event. Best of all, the proceeds from the event benefited the LIDS Foundation and their mission of supporting young people in the community and working to engage them in active and healthy lifestyles. It was wonderful to not only endorse the positive impact the LIDS Foundation is having in the community, but to also educate the community on the significant influence the foundation is having on our organization and our mission of getting more and more youth on two wheels.

Loved having Kids Riding Bikes set up outside of the LIDS HQ in Zionsville!

Thank you to both the LIDS Foundation and Indianapolis Public Schools for having us at your respective events and giving us the opportunity to improve the quality of life of our youth!
