Nine13sports is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes health, wellness, and exercise for local youth between the ages of 8 and 18 through our Kids Riding Bikes℠programs. We have created a unique initiative in which we have integrated the traditional bicycle with technology to provide a turnkey product for youth programs, schools, and other community organizations. In addition to individual betterment of health and fitness, our programs promote community, teamwork, and mutual respect for one another designed to foster a lasting impact. Office Manager/Director of Special Projects Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, logistics and operations for Nine13sports teams
- Manage scheduling and logistics for Nine13sports executive staff
- Point of contact for staff communications
- First point of contact for public inquiries
- Engage with corporate partners in a positive way
- Understand and assist with the unique marketing relationships of Nine13sports
- Collaborate with school faculty
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Desired Qualities
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Effective oral and written communication
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Online research skills
- Strong background in blogging and social media platforms
- Ability to work well on an individual and collaborative basis

Salary and Compensation
- $36,000 annual salary
- 5 weeks paid vacation
