I was born in Columbus, Ohio, but moved to Muncie, Indiana shortly afterwards. I’m currently attending Butler University with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. I’m not sure what exactly I want to do after graduation, but I know I want to help people in some way.
Last spring, I spent the semester in Washington, D.C. as an intern in the Senate. I learned a lot, especially information about the Capitol, but decided to not pursue a career in politics. If I could give any advice to someone traveling to D.C., it would be to walk on the left of the escalator and stand on the right.
I’m excited to intern at Nine13sports! I look forward to helping kids learn about how to live a healthier lifestyle, especially through bike riding, since this is an activity my family does together; in fact, my dad and I rode part of the Hilly Hundred in southern Indiana several years ago! I’m excited to help the students learn that exercise can be fun and to help them learn lifelong skills.
