Hello Nine13 family! My name is Jack Cunningham and I’m an intern for this summer. I’m going into my senior year at Indiana University and my major is Nonprofit Management in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). When I was a kid, I spent my summers at the Jordan YMCA day camp. When I was old enough, I moved on to the overnight camp for the YMCA, Flat Rock. I was a camper there for 7 years, followed by 3 years of counselor training and 2 years of employment. These experiences really showed me I had a true passion for youth development and I have been lucky enough to be a YMCA counselor for the last 3 summers at various camps.
I am from Carmel, Indiana and I have lived here my whole life. I went to all Carmel public schools, including Carmel High School were I played golf, while growing up here. I couldn’t be more excited to get involved with Nine13 and I look forward to an amazing summer!
