Originally from Alabama, Amanda Fisher moved to Indiana at the beginning of her high school years. After graduating from Terre Haute South, she went forward to Indiana University to study business Amanda graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Management and a Minor in Psychology.

While attending IU, Amanda served on several student-run committees thru the School of Public Environmental Affairs, volunteered at the local YMCA as a youth soccer coach, and created life-long relationships that would eventually lead her to Indianapolis to work for amazing companies. Over the years, Amanda has served numerous non-profits in the Indianapolis/Fishers areas—both as a volunteer and a board member.

After managing people, processes, and projects for almost two decades, Amanda turned her passion for developing leaders into a career. She is currently the Director of Leadership and Management programs for Sandler Training, Trustpointe. In her role, Amanda is charged with working with Emerging Leaders, Mid-level Managers and Executive teams to deliver impactful, performance-driven results.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending OrangeTheory classes and evenings on the back porch with neighbors and friends.
